An excellent hotel, I really enjoyed it, staff was helpful. The property was so close to Shinagawa Station and Takanawa Hanakohro's one, macarons, toffees, Japanese sweets, thanks to its great location. Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel had a convenient location close to a train station, making it easy to explore the city. the bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a luxury stay.
The lack of intimacy and authenticity was disappointing, as the hotel was part of a larger set of hotels.

This hotel offers exceptional luxury and comfort. the amenities provided are top notch and fulfilled all my exclusive needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness center offered a variety of massages, making my stay even more indulgent. the garden area was serene and perfect for relaxing, while the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers added to the luxurious experience. the on-site restaurant offered delicious food for my in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink.
The only minor issue I encountered was the location. While this hotel had many location advantages, such as being close to major transportation, it did not offer the vibrant atmosphere of Tokyo's bustling city center.

The hotel had comfortable beds and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The hotel was also in a great location and was easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
the surrounding area didn't offer many dining options. The hotel also had no on-site parking which made it difficult to find a spot nearby.

Our city break was exceptional. the hotel had many amenities that were just what we needed, we especially liked the tasty and abundant buffet breakfast, as well as the wonderful afternoon tea. the location was perfect, walking distance to many districts of interest, and very close to a major train station. the room was also very clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay.
There were a few minor things we didn't like, such as not having many shops nearby, but we made due with what was available. We also noticed that some parts of the hotel felt a bit impersonal, lacking the intimate touch we had hoped for.
